COVID-19 IN NIGERIA: WE SAY NO TO CHINA INTERVENTION

Can the world ever trust China again? Would Nigeria romance with the prime suspect of the current global crisis (COVID-19)? How can we? In 2012 China handed over a fully funded and built headquarters building in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia to the African Union (AU). A great gesture of friendship and solidarity, perhaps. But not long after, it was alleged to have been bugged, leaking vital, confidential information of the Union to China in faraway Shanghai! True or false, the Union had to change its computer servers to check the alleged mischief. But issues of health are different. Misfiring means losing a life, or even lives. On a national scale, that can amount to thousands. Painful loss. Avoidable loss. The authorities must tread with caution here. Face masks, test kits, ventilators, vaccine and doctors - all from or of China. Hmmmm, caution we must exercise. Until now we have been using our indigenous doctors, and they have been doing well. WHY CHANGE THE WINNING TEAM? Please let us DISCARD this idea of Chinese intervention. WE DON'T NEED IT. Let us stay safe Stay indigenous. Stay Nigerian We shall overcome

What shall I do to go to hell?




What to do to go to hell? 

Nothing. Absolutely nothing. Just remain as you are. You don’t need to do anything to qualify for hell. You are qualified right from birth. “Surely, I was sinful at birth, sinful from the time my mother conceived me” (Psalm 51: 5). Hell is only waiting to receive its guests, for “hell and destruction are never full” (Proverbs 27: 20). In fact “hell below is moved to meet you at your coming; it rouses the spirit of the departed to greet you” (Isaiah 14: 9).
Now, you may not like this idea, isn’t it? So why
remain hardened up against heaven’s invitation. Perhaps you do not realize that. Then watch how lethargic or even antagonistic you are towards the things of God – the Bible, Prayer, Holiness, Pastors, Church, Christian fellowships and invitations to attend,  and how passionate you are about non-Church invitations laden with lust, sexual immorality, and other vices, all of which the Bible says are evidences of hell bound persons. “Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; whatsoever a person sows, the same they shall reap” (Galatians 4: 7).
If you are interested in going to hell, then do nothing about your present state as we said earlier. Simply continue as you are. But if you don’t like that, then stop resisting heaven’s invitation. Turn to Christ today and forsake the world. Why must you perish when you have a choice to have full abundant life in Christ (John 10: 10)?
